Hello there,

After the success of our first workshop in September, we would like to invite you to the event "An Integrative Approach to Perimenopause and Menopause".

Perimenopause and Menopause can be an extremely challenging time of our lives - fatigue, poor sleep, mood changes, brain fog, hot flushes, night sweats, low libido, joint aches and pains, irritable bladder and then of course the dreaded middle age spread - all can interfere with our work and personal relationships, and can impact our self-esteem and quality of life.

Well, the good news is, you don't have to suffer through this transition...

Come and join us for a discussion on not only surviving this time of your life, but thriving! We will give you actionable tools to:

  • Optimise the use of vitamins and supplements
  • Make informed decisions around HRT
  • Increase energy and lose weight
  • Manage stress levels and enhance sleep

Finishing with a relaxing chair meditation and breathing exercise, you will come away enriched and empowered to optimally manage your own perimenopause/menopause transition.

When:
November 23rd, 2024. 945am-130pm. Registration from 930am. Morning tea provided.

Where:
The Lab, Wollongong Library. Level 1, 41 Burelli St, Wollongong
